Excellent communication skills: You will need to communicate confidently with both children and nursery staff in a positive and professional manner. You also need to be able to convey a sense of fun to the children and help them to communicate with confidence.
Commitment to your business: we are looking for people with whom we can build long term relationships and who can build good relationships with our nursery clients. You need the drive and enthusiasm to make sure that your business succeeds and that clients are happy.
